The Services Selection Board (SSB) is the 5-day personality and intelligence assessment every candidate must clear to be commissioned as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces. It covers screening (OIR + PPDT), psychology tests, group testing (GTO) and a personal interview, all judged against 15 Officer Like Qualities (OLQs).
