Who we are
PrepForce ("we", "us") is an online preparation platform for SSB, UPSC and MBA interviews, operated from India. Contact: tyagiakash630@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account details you provide (email, and name if you sign in with Google); your PIQ entries; your practice responses, transcripts and scores; and basic usage/diagnostic data. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by our payment processor.
Google sign-in
If you choose 'Continue with Google', we receive your basic Google profile (name and email) only — never your password, Gmail, Drive or contacts. We use it solely to create and secure your account.
How we use it
To run your account, personalise your mock interviews from your PIQ, generate your scorecards, sync your progress across devices, and improve the product. Your practice content is used to give you feedback — not sold.
AI processing
Your responses are sent to trusted third-party AI providers to generate evaluations and feedback. They are processed to produce your results and are not used to train third-party models without your consent.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security so you can only access your own records. We use industry-standard transport encryption.
Your choices
You can edit your PIQ, delete your practice history, or request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Logged-out use stores data only on your device.
Children
PrepForce is intended for candidates eligible for the relevant exams. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
